Check the Jointer’s centerline and position of the Jaws to see if it is well placed.
Construction method
Insert one end coupler to the positioned rebar.
Install as many couplers as possible in the same manner of 2nd process.
Insert continuation Rebar through the top of installed coupler one by one.. When insert continuation rebar,please make sure the worker should grab the rebar on the position where is at least 1.5 times higher than the length of upper body to avoid a hand get jammed when continuation rebar is inserted into the positioned coupler.
Rotate the Upper & Lower coupler body in an opposite direction as tight as possible by hand.
Finish the installation by securely tightening the coupler body with Wrenches or Spanner.
